  • You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery, cancellations of orders must be done 48 hours , if we have made shipping label we will not refund unless item is damaged or unsealed  .

  • To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

  • Once the seal is broken, the item becomes non-returnable for safety and purity reasons.

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a 100% guarantee — you will receive either a full replacement or a refund, no questions asked.

  • To start a return, email us at support@priestessofdetox.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • Digital items are delivered instantly and are non-refundable.

  • If you experience any issue downloading your file, contact us at support@priestessofdetox.com, and we will resend your access immediately.

  • All services are final sale once booked.

  • You may reschedule or  with 48 hours’ notice by emailing us.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your experience, please reach out — we will work with you to find a resolution or credit toward future services.

  • We guarantee careful packaging and on-time shipping, but we cannot control carrier delays (USPS/UPS).

  • If your package is lost or severely delayed, contact us so we can assist with a replacement claim.
